Programs

At Recovery Home, we understand that no two recovery journeys are the same. Addiction affects people in deeply personal ways, and effective treatment has to reflect that. That’s why we offer a range of flexible, evidence-based programs designed to meet you where you are: whether you’re just beginning treatment or continuing your recovery journey.

Our team of licensed clinicians and compassionate staff work closely with each individual to create a path toward long-term recovery. We combine proven therapies with trauma-informed care to address not just the addiction, but the underlying mental and emotional challenges that often come with it.

Our Care Pathways

We offer several levels of care to support individuals through each phase of the recovery process. Whether you're stepping down from residential treatment or starting your journey for the first time, our programs are structured to support lasting healing and personal growth.

Ambulatory Detox

Ambulatory detox provides a safe and structured way to begin recovery without an overnight hospital stay. This outpatient approach is ideal for individuals with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who don’t require 24/7 medical supervision.

During detox, clients receive medical oversight, symptom management, and therapeutic support, all while continuing to live at home or in a sober living environment. Regular check-ins with medical professionals ensure safety and comfort throughout the process.

Ambulatory detox is a critical first step, helping to clear the body of substances and prepare the mind for the deeper emotional work that follows.

Drug & Alcohol Rehab

At Recovery Home, our drug and alcohol rehab programs are rooted in compassion, structure, and clinical expertise. We support individuals on their recovery journey through a range of specialized services, including Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Recovery Coaching, Case Management, Relapse Prevention, Aftercare Coordination, and Family Therapy.

This comprehensive approach empowers clients to gain insight into their behaviors, build healthy coping strategies, and foster stronger connections with themselves and their loved ones.

We offer three levels of outpatient rehab care, each with a different level of time commitment and intensity:

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our PHP is the most structured outpatient option, offering treatment five days a week for several hours each day. It’s ideal for individuals who need intensive support without inpatient care. The program includes daily therapy and skill-building groups. Many people transition into PHP after detox or residential treatment.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): IOP provides flexible yet focused care, typically three to five days a week for a few hours a day. It’s perfect for those stepping down from PHP or starting treatment with moderate needs. Therapy focuses on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and rebuilding daily life while maintaining work or school routines.
  • Outpatient Program (OP): Our OP is designed for those further along in recovery who still benefit from weekly support. This level of care is ideal for individuals who have completed more intensive treatment or who need continued support in a less structured setting.

Alcohol Detox.

About Alcohol detox.

Alcohol detox (or detoxification) is defined as the natural process that occurs in the body as it attempts to rid the system of waste products and toxins from excessive, long-term alcohol consumption. In a treatment setting, alcohol detox is usually accompanied by medication, medical observation, and counseling.

Benzodiazepines Detox.

About Benzodiazepines detox

A popular way to begin a benzodiazepine detox is through tapering, which involves gradually weaning off of benzo usage. It is recommended to conduct this detox alongside a doctor so that safe amounts are removed each day, giving your body the best chance to rid itself of benzos, and the withdrawal symptoms can be managed accordingly. Recovery Home PAs best-in-class Medical Staff will make the detoxification process as comfortable as possible.

Opioid Detox.

About Opioid detox.

Opioid detox is a medical process by which the body is rid of opioids. Inpatient detox within a treatment facility provides medical supervision, medications to help with withdrawal symptoms, and daily monitoring. Inpatient opioid detox is highly recommended because it is the safest and the most likely to be successful, in both the short and long-term.
